Shipping Charges
All orders shipped to street addresses in the lower 48 states are charged a flat rate of $4.95. Shipping charges for other addresses are calculated and shown to you at checkout. Free Shipping Coupon
Put simply, the Free Shipping Coupon simply takes $4.95 off the shipping charge for your order. If you qualify for $4.95 shipping as defined above, the coupon nullifies the entire shipping charge, so we call it Free Shipping.

If you live in one of the areas that doesn't qualify you for $4.95 shipping, you can still use any Free Shipping coupons in order to take $4.95 off of the shipping charge for your order. After all, it wouldn't be fair to limit savings to just some of our customers, so everyone gets the same $4.95 shipping discount.

Shipping Time
Orders are filled on a first paid basis and ship within 72 business hours. An email containing the tracking number is sent the day the item ships.

If you do not get an email with a tracking number within 3 business days, or if you would just like to check on the status of an order, feel free to Contact Us.

30 Day Return Policy
Condition- Items returned must be in new and unopened condition in order to receive refund or credit. Items purchased and then used are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable and are subject to a minimum shipping charge of $4.95.
Return Authorization - All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA # and mailing instructions before returning an item.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order prior to shipping you must contact World at Play games during normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST). You can reach us by phone at 423-478-6470 or by email at worldplay08@yahoo.com. Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled but are available for return.

Address Corrections
Shipping Address corrections after the order has shipped will incur a $15 charge. You must contact World at Play Games during normal business hours. You can reach us by phone at 423-478-6470 or by email at Worldplay08@yahoo.com.

Europe What countries count as 'Europe'?	$10.50 + $7.00 per pound for the first 4 pounds + $3.00 per pound after that
Asia What countries count as 'Asia'?	$10.50 + $7.50 per pound for the first 4 pounds + $4.00 per pound after that
Elsewhere	$21.50 + $4.25 per pound

For international orders, 10 ounces is added to the final weight calculation to account for the weight of the box and other packing materials.
