You want to talk to us? We want to listen!

We like to be accessible to our customers, so there are plenty of ways to reach us. If you have a question, comment, or concern, contact us in one of the following ways:

E-mail:

Email is by far the best way to contact us, especially after business hours! We will email answers back to you as fast as we can, but please allow some time for us to get back to you. Send your emails to Art @ World at Play Games.

Phone:

We know some of you just like to speak with a live human being sometimes. Using Google Voice, we've provided an easy way to do this. Click 'Call Me' and enter your name and number. When you click 'Connect', your phone will ring and you'll be connected to us.

Keep in mind, we'll only answer the phones during normal business hours, which are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. Outside of those hours you can leave a message and we'll get back to you.

Twitter:

If you have a quick question that can be answered in 140 characters or less, you can tweet to us @WorldPlayGames. Remember, don't Tweet any personal information like your address or phone number, but feel free to include your order number if you have it handy.

Our Forums:

If you have a general question (one that doesn't pertain to just your order, and doesn't require that you reveal personal information), feel free to ask it on the Q&A Forums. Not only are there employees roaming around the forum that can answer your questions, but other customers may be able to help you when we're not around.

Feedback via Get Satisfaction:

See that 'Feedback' button to the right? Clicking that from any page on the website will open the Get Satisfaction form where you can praise, complain, or ask us questions. Other uses and employees can respond to what you say, so it functions as a sort of support forum. You can ask a new question or check existing questions to see if other people have asked the same thing.
